WORKSHOP & EVENTS
1) New twice a week Belly Dance fitness class on Tue 7:15pm and Thur 7pm - If you haven't gotten a chance
to try Belly Dance class yet, now is the time. Join Diana for this graceful, energetic, fun art of dance and get
your waist line back fast. You will love it! Beginner welcome.
2) Yoga Class on 6pm Tue and 10am Wed by Ciri Ellis - Please join Ciri's "Vinyasa Flow" style of yoga class
with an emphasis on specific alignment and linking breath and movement. Her class will make your yoga
practice a flowing, fun and fulfilling experience. Like to get more flexible and balanced! Don't miss YOGA!
3) Fun thing to do on Sat Feb 27th 1pm to 6pm "PV Spring Festival"- Sun will lead a Nia team to present Nia
at the festival at Promenade mall center court on the Peninsula. (550 Deep Velley Dr. RHE) The event will
feature booths of various Asian culture and foods. In addition, there are give-away prizes and exciting
performances all event long.
4) Yacht Cruise Dinner Tickets giveaway and Lucky winners for Dec and Jan monthly drawing -Congratulation
to Dora Tung and Maria Bailly and Jan Luisa Ramos. In Feb, we are giving away two romantic Yacht Cruse
Dinner Tickets ($80 value). Be sure to come to Cheers classes more this month.
