Tai Chi, originating in China hundreds of years ago, not only
conditions physically and relieves stress, but ultimately leads you to a
heightened sense of well being. It is a discipline based on principles of
focus, balance and movement. Tai Chi requires a minimum of space and
absolutely no equipment. Tai Chi fitness guides you through a warm-up,
posture and breathing techniques, and walking and hand movements.
