Ciri Ellis has been practicing and studying yoga for 15
                                                         
  years. She is extremely passionate about her practice
                                                         
  and brings her respect of the yoga tradition to her
                                                         
  teaching. She has studied with the most prominent
                                                         
  names in yoga including Shiva Rea, Seane Corn and Max
                                                         
  Strom. In addition to Hatha Yoga she has also studied
                                                         
  Ashtanga with Maty Ezraty and Iyengar with Lisa Walford
                                                         
  giving her a well rounded approach and appreciation for
                                                         
  several yoga disciplines. She has since furthered her
education to include Yoga Therapy. She has graduated from Loyola Marymount’s Yoga Therapy
program. Ciri teaches a “Vinyasa Flow” style of yoga with an emphasis on specific alignment and
linking breath and movement.  Her classes are challenging, flowing and fun!

Vinyasa Flow links breath and movement through a heat-building sequence of postures.  Designed
for students that may be new to yoga but also offering variations for those who want a more
challenging practice. Classes will begin with a slow warm up and gradually move into a dynamic
sequence of postures. Correct alignment will be covered as well as proper breathing techniques to
make your yoga practice a complete and fulfilling experience.
