Alex Wieliczko is currently teaching
                                                
 at Cheers Body & Mind. Alex's practice
                                                
 and teaching style may be described as a
                                                
 combination of a slow deep stretch and
                                                
 strong  vinyasa flow, creating a moving
                                                
 meditation and allowing postures to
                                                
 transition from one to another in a smooth
                                                
 manner.

He believes that correct alignment is important and creates a safe and
supportive environment for his students. However, Alex is very careful not
to disturb the intuitive process of the student by over-loading his students
with direction.

Alex’s goal is to provide an environment that is progressive without being
overly competitive. Philosophy is kept to a minimum  which enables
students to remain focused as Alex guides his students through the class
emphasizing long deep breaths.
